Store products that requires production when ordered, are normally shipped to you within 7 days after your order is registered. Defect:
If customer receives a defect product, they'll get a replacement shipped to them as soon as the return is received back. In some cases the company can accept documented destruction of the product instead of a return, but only when approved by the company.
